Returns: I want to be sure we are both completely happy with this transaction. I will always refund your payment if an item is unsatisfactory, but you must contact me promptly and return the item in its original condition. If an item is damaged in transit, you must also let me know right away in case an insurance claim needs to be filed. I do not offer partial refunds in any circumstance.
